Please consider making LEGACY THEATRE your performing arts organization for THE GREAT GIVE!

The Great Give is a 36-hr, online, community-wide giving event created by The Community Foundation for Greater New Haven to raise visibility and resources for non-profits serving Greater New Haven. During the Great Give, Legacy Theatre will be eligible for bonus prizes and matching funds throughout the event. Your donation pledge helps us strategize which bonus prizes to target and win!

During the Great Give, your donation helps provide tickets to local students for a performance at Legacy Theatre, supports our dynamic, professional teaching staff in its offerings of stimulating and diverse theatre classes for all ages, provides funding for Legacy’s Wheel Life Theatre Troupe, an ensemble of actors who ambulate with crutches or use wheelchairs, benefits our outreach programs, providing access to the arts for underserved communities, and so much more!

Happy Hour Double Draw

Legacy Theatre will be Livestreaming a table reading of A Meta Murder Mystery written by Douglas Moser

Wednesday, May 1, 5-7pm

Grab a beverage, watch the livestream and donate! The more gifts Legacy receives during the HAPPY HOUR DOUBLE DRAW, the greater the chance Legacy has to be drawn to win $1,000!

A struggling theatre tries to save itself by producing a mystery by a rising young playwright. Rehearsals prove disastrous— but nothing compared to the preview performance when somebody ends up dead. A cataclysmic storm brewing outside the theatre causes a power outage, trapping cast, crew, and audience inside...with a murderer.
