The eternal enchantress Alcina attracts men to her magic island where they are charmed, enjoyed, and eventually transformed into wild beasts. But her newest lover—the great warrior called Ruggiero—is different. Blossoming inside of Alcina is a new, more powerful love: one she’s never felt and one she’s unwilling to part with.
