Born at The Water's Edge, a 45- minute Stony Creek History documentary will be presented for free at the Legacy Theatre. Featuring interviews with "Creekers," and individuals who provide insight into how the village of Stony Creek has evolved, we learn about the quarry workers, the vacationers, the actors and the artists who made Stony Creek their home. Enjoy beautiful drone shots of the Thimble Islands and take a look at the architecture, the Stony Creek Fife and Drum Corps, and learn about those who make their living off the water.
Directed by Dana Springer who grew up in Stony Creek. Executive produced by Mary Lee Weber, and Emmy-award winning Mike Zaritheny was the cinematographer on the project.
This event is free to the public, but reservations are required, and donations are greatly appreciated!
